With space for around 30 people, it is perfect for large group gatherings and occasions like baby showers, small birthday partIes & bridaL SHOWERS.
wE USUALLY OFFER OUR HANDMADE AFTERNOON TEA MENU FOR THESE EXPERIENCES BUT OUR BRUNCH MENU CAN ALSO BE MADE AVAILABLE.

OUR PRIVATE DINING ROOM IS BASED ON A MINIMUM SPEND AND IF YOUR BILL EXCEEDS THIS THEN THE ROOM HIRE IS FREE.
Our Sherwood function space is located upstairs from the main coffee shop - please note, there is no lift to get to this space.
Our Beeston function room is located at the back of the coffee shop.
Hiring out our whole venue
If you’re looking for an intimate space for your wedding or a special celebration, we have occasionally hired out our whole space.
our sherwood shop has been the venue of a few beautiful, small weddings.
Please note that we serve our afternoon teas at these occasions.
